If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund you via paypal once the merchandise is returned. You will need to pay the return shipping unless there are special circumstances. If an item you received has been damaged during shipping, please contact me. Returns over $20 are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping. All special orders or custom orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping cost.
